Flashback Data Wins 2009 Greater Austin Business Award
August 31, 2009 - Austin, TX - Flashback Data is proud to receive the Bury+Partners Innovation award in the small business category at the 2009 Greater Austin Business Awards. This award honors businesses that have brought significant innovation to the Austin Area.
Flashback Data was the first award given out of the night as hundreds of Austin's "Heavyweights of Business" gathered at the Hilton Austin Hotel. Out of nearly 300 companies nominated, only twenty-four Austin-area businesses received awards.
Co-founders Michael O'Connell and Russell Chozick accepted the award on the company's behalf.

Created in 2001, the Greater Austin Business Awards has grown each year and has sold out the past five years. Award categories include Innovation, Customer Service, Community Service, Education, Environment and Take On Traffic. Each of these categories recognized winners in small, medium, large and non-profit businesses.
