Clean Room Data Recovery
Data recovery on physically damaged drives often requires the drive to be opened to repair internal mechanical components. If this is not done in a clean environment, any dirt, dust or fingerprint can cause irrepairable damage. Flashback Data's recovery lab has a Certified Class 10 (ISO Level 4) clean environment in accordance with federal standard 209E to recover mechanically damaged hard disks. A clean environment is necessary to perform recoveries on internally damaged hard disks.
The class number refers to the maximum number of airborne particles greater than or equal to one-half of a micron that would be allowed in one cubic foot of clean environment air. Therefore, a Class 100 cleanroom would not contain more than 100 particles bigger than half a micron in a cubic foot of air.
For data recovery purposes, a Class 100 clean room is all that is required. In order to give the best service possible, Flashback Data has gone a step above and beyond the norm and has installed Class 10 work stations in its data recovery lab.
This dedication to excellence is what makes Flashback Data your number one choice for data recovery services.
