Flashback Data's processes are different from a traditional electronic discovery company. The traditional eDiscovery method still requires hours and hours of review time after this process is complete. We have also found that many courts are not allowing this because it is deemed 'Not reasonably acessable' due to the costs involved. Our method of starting small and expanding out can reduce eDiscovery costs by thousands of dollars.
We first consult with a potential client and determine, based on years of experience, where the potential needle in the haystack may reside. Often times we find the smoking gun right away and possibly even find rabbit trails that lead us to even more relevant information. Through our investigative techniques, we can uncover things such as deleted files, internet activity, and user activity, that computer based, electronic discovery platforms cannot.
